1:1 Personal Training

  • Personalised Training Program: After our initial consultation, I design your training program based on your lifestyle, schedule, goals and preferences to optimise your results. We update this every 4-6 weeks to maximise your progress.

  • On-Demand Support: Have a question about your training? Send me a message or give me a call.

  • Tracking and re-evaluation: Based on your goals, we’ll outline clear methods to track progress that we can reflect on every 4-6 weeks when we update your program.

  • Multidisciplinary collaboration: Referring to Physiotherapists, Dietitians, and Exercise Physiologists if needed, I work closely with these professionals to integrate your rehabilitation and nutrition programs. This approach ensures a cohesive plan that aligns with your goals, supports your recovery, and enhances your overall health and performance.

How does it work?

Book your complimentary consultation.

In this consultation, I want to know all about you. We chat through your lifestyle, goals and training history, equipment access and more, followed by a brief movement assessment. We’ll discuss your training program outline and what to expect from personal training.

If you think we’re a good fit, we’ll book in your training session and I’ll get started on your training program.

Your first session!

Bring yourself, a water bottle, towel, comfortable clothes and enclosed shoes - I’ve got everything else covered.

We’ll go through your training program from start to finish, including your warm-up. Learn and reinforce correct technique under friendly supervision from yours truly.

This is where we can adjust your program if required!

Evaluate your progress.

This can be as informal or formal as you’d like. Some clients prefer a casual discussion during training sessions to reflect on their progress over the last week or month(s) whilst others prefer to sit down over a cup of coffee to chat through their progress, set future goals and decide on an action plan.

There are many ways to measure your progress based on your specific goals. This may include:

  • Confidence with exercises

  • Consistency (number of times your exercising each week)

  • Fitness metrics (strength, cardiovascular fitness)

FAQ’s

  • I offer 30, 45, and 60-minute sessions. The 45-minute sessions are the most popular and tend to be the sweet spot for most people. If you’re unsure which length works best for you, we can chat about it and find what fits your goals and schedule!

  • Training sessions are scheduled based on your goals, availability and preferences. Most clients choose to train 1–3 times per week, but we can tailor the frequency to suit your schedule and progress. Whether you prefer regular sessions for consistency and accountability or more spaced-out sessions for flexibility, we can customise a schedule to suit you.

  • A private personal training studio is a dedicated space designed specifically for one-on-one or small group training sessions, providing a more personalised and focused fitness experience compared to a traditional gym. Unlike large gyms, private studios limit the number of clients at a time, ensuring a quieter, less crowded, and more comfortable environment for your workouts.

    At a private studio, you’ll benefit from:

    • Personalised attention: Your trainer works closely with you, tailoring every session to your goals, fitness level, and preferences.

    • Exclusive equipment access: Enjoy access to high-quality equipment without waiting in line or navigating busy gym floors.

    • Supportive environment: The space is designed to help you feel relaxed and confident, free from distractions or intimidation.

    • Flexibility: Sessions can be adjusted to suit your needs, whether it’s strength training, Pilates, or a mix of both.

    Private studios are ideal for individuals who prefer a more focused, individualised approach to fitness in a welcoming and stress-free setting.

    P.S. you also get dibs on music if it’s just us in the studio ;)

  • I train clients at a private personal training studio located in Milton, Brisbane, offering a welcoming and focused environment for your sessions. The exact address will be shared upon booking to ensure privacy and security for all clients.

    If you have specific location questions or need help planning your visit, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to assist!

    Online consultations and training sessions are conducted via zoom.

  • Free street parking is available! Due to the studio’s central location and close proximity to Suncorp Stadium, on event days there are parking limitations. Event days will be communicated with you and sessions can be rescheduled as required.

  • No, you don’t need a gym membership! Access to the studio is complimentary for all personal training sessions. Your training program is fully tailored to your preferred workout location, whether that’s at home, outdoors, or in the studio, and it’s designed to make the most of the equipment you have available.

    As you progress and get stronger, we can explore options like adding weights to your home setup or trying out a gym, but this is entirely up to you. We’ll discuss your preferences and goals at every step to ensure your training fits your lifestyle.

  • Nutrition services will be available in July 2025, after I graduate as an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD).

  • I understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change! To help me manage my schedule and offer flexibility to all clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your session.

    If you’re feeling unwell or have an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible, and we can discuss your options.

  • 45-minute sessions are $85, inclusive of programming. Any program integration with multidisciplinary team recommendations and prescriptions are complimentary if required.

  • Please wear enclosed shoes and clothes you feel comfortable exercising in, this will ensure you can move freely during your workout.

    Be sure to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, and a towel for hygiene.
